Poke-One Server Rules

1. General

• Poke-One is a private fan server inspired by Pokémon — not affiliated with Nintendo, Game Freak or The Pokémon Company.
• Staff may change rules, rates and features. Important changes are announced on the website and/or Discord.
• Staff moderation decisions are final within the server (you may appeal via ticket after clarification).

2. Accounts & security

• You are responsible for your account and password. Do not share login data.
• Selling, buying, renting or transferring accounts for real money is forbidden.
• Account theft, phishing and impersonating staff are forbidden.
• Use a strong unique password.

3. Fair play

• No cheats, bots, click-macros, injectors, packet mods or other unfair advantage tools.
• Do not abuse bugs/exploits. Report bugs to staff.
• Client visual/QoL mods are allowed only if they give no combat/catch/economy advantage — ask staff if unsure.
• Built-in autoloot/autofish are allowed. External bots are not.

4. Multi-accounting & multi-client

• Default: one active account/session per person unless staff announces otherwise.
• No alts to evade bans, abuse event rewards, boost a main or break the economy.
• Multi-client is forbidden when used for unfair advantage — staff decides case by case.

5. Trading & scams

• In-game trading is at your own risk. Scamming is punished.
• No real-money trade for items/Pokémon/points outside the official Poke-One shop.
• Do not spam trade ads outside dedicated channels.

6. Behaviour, chat & Discord

• Respect players and staff. No hate, threats, discrimination, harassment or doxxing.
• No flood, spam, advertising other servers, or NSFW/illegal content.
• PL/EN welcome; do not abuse vulgar language in public chat.
• Names/outfits must not be offensive or impersonate staff.

7. PvP

• Follow map/event PvP rules (world type, safe zones).
• No harassment killing meant only to ruin someone's experience outside fair PvP.
• Resolve disputes calmly or via ticket.

8. Donations & premium points

• Premium points support the server (shop currency), not a guaranteed win.
• Refunds follow the payment provider and Poke-One policy; chargebacks without contacting staff may lead to a ban.
• Payment fraud = ban.

9. Penalties

• Possible sanctions: warning, mute, kick, temp/perm ban, rollback, removal of illegally obtained goods.
• Severity depends on the offence, history and community harm.
• Ban evasion makes it worse (longer / IP ban).
